We met Alex at the road show in Marina- he was very patient and listened to our needs and preferences. The Stamford Discovery Cruise Center, staff are very responsive. They are able to respond quickly over WhatsApp whenever I had queries over my cruise booking. There was also a reminder call before the trip. Highly recommended!
